CMS - Time Track: Privacy Policy

Time Track lets employees clock in and out, record purchase receipts and see their hours and pay. It is used by companies that invite their employees with a company code.

What we collect

• Account: your name, email address and phone number.
• Work records: clock-in and clock-out times, the job you worked on, and the device that recorded them.
• Location: your location only at the moment you clock in or out (never in the background), with its accuracy.
• Receipts: the photo, amount, vendor, date, category and who paid.
• Notifications: a push token so your company can send you messages.

Where it is stored and who sees it

Your data is stored in your employer's own system (their Firebase project), not in a shared database. Your employer's managers can see your work records, receipts and messages. We do not sell your data, show ads or track you across other apps or websites.

Deleting your account

Open the app, go to Settings and tap Delete account. Your login and your personal details in the app are deleted. Your employer may keep the work records and receipts they are required to keep by law.
